Media Upload Types and Size Limits
Sprout Social supports the following media file types and sizes. Limits are based on each network’s API.
Video
Currently, video uploads from Sprout are supported for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. If you select networks aside from those in the Compose window, you will not be able to attach video to that post.

There are a few additional requirements for Instagram Photo Stories. They include:
- Photos must be within a 4:5 to 1.91:1 aspect ratio range
- Minimum resolution of 150x150 (lower resolutions will be scaled up to the minimum)
- Maximum resolution of 1920x1080 (higher resolutions will be scaled down to the maximum)
