Post Analysis Drilldown
Previously, when you spotted an interesting trend in a Post Analysis chart, it was difficult to pinpoint the exact posts driving that performance without manually digging through other reports.
Now, with Post Drilldowns, Premium Analytics users can click directly into supported Post Analysis charts to see the individual posts that contribute to an aggregate data point. This new level of transparency helps you build trust in your data and provides immediate insights into what content is increasing engagement or generating more views, directly informing your publishing strategy.
Introducing Custom Data Types for Data Masking in Guardian!
We know that every business has unique, sensitive data - from internal account numbers to specific project codes - that you need to keep secure. That's why we're excited to announce an expansion of Guardian's data masking capabilities with the introduction of Custom Data Types!
This new feature allows admins to tailor data masking to their specific business needs, ensuring that unique, customer-specific identifiers are automatically protected.
What does this mean for you?
Admins can now define their own data patterns using regular expressions (regex). This gives you the power to mask proprietary information that falls outside of our standard predefined data types.

Unlock publishing insights faster with the new Sprout Social connection for ChatGPT
You can now connect Sprout Social with ChatGPT Plus, Pro, or Enterprise to quickly access insights from your TikTok publishing data. This connection allows you to ask natural language questions about post and campaign performance, receive summaries and comparisons based on post-level analytics, and use ChatGPT’s formatting and summarization capabilities to plan and optimize future content—all without the need to manually pull reports or compare campaigns.

Listening: Connected Sources All Data Toggle
We’re excited to announce an update to Listening Topics that gives you a single, comprehensive view of your brand's presence across both public mentions and your owned social channels.
This feature enables you to pull in all (available) mentions of your brand, without requiring queries, so you can capture the complete conversation in one place within your Listening Topics.
You can now choose to pull all available mentions from your Connected Profiles (like LinkedIn and TikTok) into your Listening Topic, even if they don't match your keyword query!
This feature introduces a toggle in Query Builder that bypasses the Topic query for Connected Profile mentions. With it, users will see all of their available Connected Profile messages included in their Topic, combined with the public messages that match their query—providing a single, comprehensive view of brand conversation.
This closes the gap from previous functionality, allowing you to see:
- ALL messages from your connected channels.
PLUS public messages that match your keyword query.

Give your posts more reach by scheduling first comments
You can now add a first comment when scheduling posts for Facebook and LinkedIn, in addition to Instagram. This makes it easier to follow best practices, like placing links in comments instead of captions, without leaving Sprout. Add your first comment while composing your post, or use “customize by network” if you’d like to tailor comments for each platform.
