Find cases faster with new search functionality

You can now search directly within the Cases view, making it faster and easier to find the information you need. This update introduces a powerful search bar in the top-right corner of Cases. Enter a case ID, profile name, or keyword to quickly locate relevant cases. Searching for cases previously required workarounds that were often time-consuming and inefficient. With this new feature, you can surface the right case in seconds, all within the Cases view.
