Instagram Personal Profile deprecation

Due to a recent change from Meta, we're discontinuing the ability to connect and reauthorize Instagram personal profiles within Sprout. We highly recommend switching to an Instagram Business or Creator profile. These profile types not only unlock a wider range of Sprout tools, but they'll also enhance your overall Instagram experience.

Customize your metrics like never before in select profile reports

We’re enhancing metric control in select profile reports. For the first time ever, non Premium Analytics users can now customize metric selection and order in the Performance Summary and Pages/Profiles tab across six profile reports:  Facebook, Instagram, X Profiles, LinkedIn Pages, TikTok Profiles and Pinterest Profiles. Previously, only Premium Analytics users had this functionality, but now all users can access it through the configuration menu.

Easily share specific cases with just a click

We've made it simpler to share and access specific cases with the new Copy Case Link feature. Now, you can instantly share direct links to any case by clicking the Case ID in the header or using the "Copy Case Link" option in the '...' overflow menu. Plus, the Case ID is now visible in the URL bar, so finding and accessing cases is faster than ever. This update eliminates the confusion of internal IDs and makes it easier to reference and share case details with others.
