Using Saved Replies
Text assets saved in the library can be attached via the reply window. To attach Saved Replies, click to open a list of replies. You can filter these replies by tags or search for the best response by the name of the Saved Reply or by the text within the reply. Click on the saved reply to preview the response and when you're ready, click + Insert Reply.
You can also insert your Saved Reply without previewing it by clicking the + button on the right.
Note: This Saved Reply experience is the same across Cases, Inbox, Reviews and Salesforce.
Recently Used Saved Replies
A list of your last 5 Saved Replies will live in the Recently Used folder at the top of the Saved Reply Library, giving you access to what you need when you need it.
Managing Saved Replies
Once you configure your Saved Reply Text Assets, you can insert them when replying or creating a message via Compose. You can ensure your messaging is accurate by configuring permissions for who can view, create and edit your Text Assets in the Asset Library permissions.
To prevent your responses from sounding robotic, you can add an extra personalized touch by modifying your responses before they are sent. You can also tailor Saved Replies according to the campaign you are running.
