That's why we've updated the Post Analysis and Post Summary widgets in My Reports to include comment sentiment metrics: Net Sentiment Score, Positive Comments, Negative Comments, Neutral Comments and Unclassified Comments. These new metrics will help you understand not just the volume, but the sentiment behind the comments on your posts. Available exclusively for Premium Analytics customers, these insights are accessible via My Reports and will begin populating September 1st.

Export filtered data from My Reports with new CSV download functionality
Now, you can easily download CSVs for My Reports, bringing it in line with the functionality in Custom Report Builder. With this update, you can export data based on the specific filters set at the widget level, giving you more control over the data in your reports. For example, each widget in a report can have different sources selected, and your export will reflect those unique selections. Access the CSV download option by clicking the Share button at the top of any My Report.
