Get granular with your permissions by updating the Tasks Feature Permission
Before, Task permissions were bundled within Administration Permissions. Now you can get granular with your Task permissions by enabling separate Create and Manage Tasks permissions. If you previously had the Administration Permission Company Permission granted to you, Manage Tasks is automatically granted and won't impact any of your workflows.
Any new users and existing users who previously didn't have this permission, automatically have Create Tasks enabled. However, you do need to enable the Manage Tasks Feature Permission separately in order for users to view, update or delete Tasks.

Easily reference Tasks and Task Status with the new Task ID
Before, no IDs appeared within Sprout to easily identify Tasks which makes it difficult to have conversations with team members and stakeholders about the status of a particular Task. Now, Task IDs appear on Tasks all throughout Sprout so you can effectively communicate about Task IDs and have quicker identification of a single Task.
Task IDs increment across your Sprout account and are incremented sequentially as new Tasks get created. Task IDs are unique so no two cases within the same instance will share the same ID.
