Expanded LinkedIn reporting, now including Personal Profiles posts and followers
You can now track follower growth, post performance, and video engagement for LinkedIn Personal Profiles directly in Sprout, helping you refine your content strategy and showcase the impact of your storytelling. These new metrics are available in the Post Performance Report, Tag Performance Report, LinkedIn Pages Report, Cross Network Profiles Report, and select widgets in My Reports. To ensure Sprout captures the most complete data, please reconnect all LinkedIn Personal Profiles in your account as soon as possible.

Custom Data Retention for Secure Form Responses
Guardian customers now have more flexibility in managing how long non-PCI data remains viewable. In addition to permanent storage or a 60-minute limit, you can set a custom expiration period anywhere from 15 minutes to 180 days. PCI-sensitive fields, like CVV or card numbers, will continue to expire after 60 minutes to maintain compliance. This update gives you greater control over data visibility while ensuring PCI standards are upheld.

Push content from Canva into Sprout
Expanding upon our current Canva integration, you can now push designs directly from Canva into Sprout, turning creative work into ready-to-schedule posts without downloading or uploading files. This is especially useful when the same person designs and schedules content, or when a designer wants to pass a draft to a social manager.

Instagram Grid previews now match the native view
The Instagram Grid and SproutLink now display post previews in a 3:4 aspect ratio, the same default used by Instagram. This update ensures that your previews align with the native Instagram grid view, giving you a more accurate look at how your content will appear to your audience.

Automatically close inactive cases with Case Auto Close
We’ve introduced Case Auto Close to help Care Managers keep queues organized and reduce manual work. This setting automatically closes cases after a set period of inactivity, ensuring agents stay focused on active conversations while reporting remains accurate.

Give your teams a cleaner, more focused Sprout experience
Feature Access Controls give Admins the ability to tailor which features users can access based on their role or permissions, helping large teams reduce clutter and maintain focus. By removing unused areas like Publishing, Listening, or Cases from navigation, Admins can simplify each user’s experience, drive efficiency, and better safeguard sensitive data. As part of this update, the Care Agent preset role will no longer include Publishing. If you’d like Care Agents to retain Publishing access, you’ll need to create a custom Organizational Role or adjust their permissions to re-enable it.
