Universal spam detection in the Smart Inbox

Spam, scams, and phishing attempts no longer need to clutter your Smart Inbox. With Universal Spam Detection, Sprout automatically filters irrelevant messages so you can stay focused on real customer conversations. Enable the toggle in Inbox Settings to keep your inbox clear. If a message is ever misclassified, you can update it by clicking the “Spam” label or using the three-dot menu.

Give your Facebook bot full control of the conversation

Bot administrators can now disable free-text replies in Facebook bot flows, ensuring users interact only through your predefined options. When enabled, the user’s keyboard will be hidden, helping guide them through the full flow before they can type off-script. This is especially useful if your team doesn’t monitor Facebook private messages and uses bots to direct users to other support channels.
