Control agent visibility of closed cases
Care Admins can now limit agent visibility of closed cases using the new Hide Closed Cases toggle. This setting allows you to configure how long closed cases remain visible in agent queues, anywhere from 24 to 72 hours. After that window, cases are automatically hidden from agent view, helping reduce clutter, support compliance, and keep teams focused on active work. Admins and Managers will continue to have full visibility, and a banner will appear when queues contain recently closed cases still within the visibility window.

Columns include Sprout ID, profile type, native name and handle, network-specific ID, link (when available), and associated groups. This release gives you better visibility into your account setup and makes managing your connected profiles more efficient.

Work faster with fewer clicks
Case Macros make it easier for agents to complete repetitive Case Management tasks with a single click. Instead of manually updating each Case one step at a time, agents can apply a predefined set of actions like assigning the Case, changing its status, or adding tags, all at once. This update brings the speed and efficiency of message macros to Case Management, helping your team work faster and more effectively.

New granular permissions for safer, smarter engagement
Enterprise teams can now assign more precise social permissions with new “Reply Only” and “Reply, React and Repost” access levels. This gives Admins greater control over how users engage, helping reduce compliance risks and maintain efficient workflows. Users previously set to “Can Reply” will be migrated to “Reply Only” and lose the ability to Like or Repost unless updated. Adjust permissions in Role Management or Custom Permissions.
