How do I export a list of my profiles in Sprout?

Table of Contents

You can quickly export a CSV file of all profiles connected to your Sprout account. This export is helpful for auditing access, tracking profile details, or sharing with other teams.

Must have Manage Profiles permissions.

How to export your profiles

  1. Go to Groups & Social Profiles

  2. Select Export in the top-right corner

  3. Choose Export profiles from the dropdown

  4. Download your CSV automatically

What’s included in the export

The file includes the following columns:

  • Sprout ID: Sprout-specific identifier for the profile

  • Type: Network type (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)

  • Name: Native profile name

  • Handle: Profile handle (not available for some network types)

  • Native ID: Network-specific profile ID (formatted to avoid Excel issues)

  • Link: URL to the profile, if available

  • Groups: Groups with access to the profile

Notes about data limitations

  • Handles aren’t available for: Meta Ad Accounts, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Google Play Store, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Ad Accounts

  • Links aren’t available for private or ad account types, including Meta Ad Accounts, LinkedIn Ad Accounts, Twitter Ad Account, and Google Analytics. They also aren’t available for Glassdoor or Google Business Profiles due to network restrictions

  • Native IDs are prefixed with a ' to prevent Excel from reformatting large numeric values

If you need to audit your profile setup or share account details with others, this export makes it easy.
