Mobile Reviews

Monitor and manage Facebook, Google My Business and TripAdvisor reviews on the go with Sprout Social’s mobile application. Reviews are available on both iOS and Android and feature customizable notifications so you never have to miss out on activity.

iOS

To access your reviews on mobile:

  1. Tap Screen_Shot_2021-05-05_at_10.16.06_AM.png
  2. Tap Reviews.
  3. Tap filter.jpeg at the top to filter by Sort Order, Time Period, Profiles and Ratings. You can also choose to show or hide completed messages.

To access saved custom views, tap Views > All Reviews.

Note: Saved custom views can only be created on Sprout’s web application.

Note: Due to limitations set by TripAdvisor, replies must be made in TripAdvisor; therefore, when you tap to reply, you will be redirected to TripAdvisor. After responding, you will be able to see your reply in Sprout.

At the bottom of each Review, you will also see options to mark complete, tag and task. To enter Bulk Mode, tap and hold a message or tap iOS_Bulk.jpeg at the top of the screen. From here, you can select multiple Reviews to be tagged or completed at once.

Note: Tags are available on Professional and Advanced plans. At this time, only Facebook Reviews on mobile can be tasked.

Tap Mobile_Overflow_Icon.png on a Review for additional options.

Custom Notifications on iOS

Customize alert notifications for specific Review activity so you never miss critical updates.

Tap Mobile_Overflow_Icon.png > Notification Preferences. Choose Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google My Business or TripAdvisor. Enable toggle for individual profiles and select notifications you’d like to receive.

Manage All Profiles appears when you have more than one profile connected to Sprout. When enabled, you will receive notifications for selected activity across all profiles.

Note: TripAdvisor reviews are updated once per day, in accordance with TripAdvisor’s policy. Therefore, all TripAdvisor reviews and notifications will come into Sprout at the same time, once per day. Notifications for saved custom views are not available at this time.

Android

Navigate to Android_Hamburger.png > Reviews.

To access filtering options, tap iOS_Bulk.jpeg. Here, you can filter by Sort Order, Time Period, Profiles and Ratings. You can also choose to show or hide completed messages.

To access saved custom views, tap All Reviews.

Note: Saved custom views can only be created on Sprout’s web application.

To reply to a Review, tap iOS_Reply_Arrow.jpeg.

Note: Due to limitations set by TripAdvisor, replies must be made in TripAdvisor; therefore, when you tap to reply, you will be redirected to TripAdvisor. After responding, you will be able to see your reply in Sprout.
