Sharing Employee Advocacy content to X just got easier. We've eliminated the need to tailor message suggestions when posting stories to different X profiles. You can now use message ideas on web or mobile without customizing the text, share stories to X, even when they require the use of approved message ideas and configure message ideas on stories created with an X link.

New Public API Endpoints for Enhanced Case Data Access
The Public API now supports three new read-only endpoints so you can query your Case data programatically. With GET/teams, GET/queues, and POST/cases you can better integrate your Case data with your data warehouses or visualize trends with third-party BI tools.
