Enhanced Onboarding with Multi-Role Support for JIT SSO Provisioning
We’ve upgraded Just-In-Time (JIT) SSO Provisioning to support Multi-Role setups. Admins can now assign default Organizational Roles and Profile Permission Sets, replacing the previous limitation to Legacy Roles or default Group and Profile settings. With JIT SSO enabled, first-time users logging into Sprout via SSO will automatically have their accounts provisioned and pre-assigned default Multi-Roles. This seamless process removes the need for email invitations and ensures your team gets started effortlessly.
