How do I filter all My Reports widgets to the same source at once?
My Reports allows for a ton of customization with visualizations, filtering and widgets so you can build compelling stories and drive data-driven conclusions.
You must be a Premium Analytics user to have access to My Reports. Contact your Sprout rep to learn more about Premium Analytics and how to unlock additional filters and widgets to get the most out of your reporting.
While you're able to filter at the individual widget level, you can also filter across all widgets at once by Source with bulk widget filtering. Instead of manually filtering each widget individually, you can select the entire report or multiple widgets and apply a single Source filter (i.e. filter by profile) to all of them at once. This is especially handy if you have lots of reports and widgets.
To bulk filter your Sources:
- Click the three-dot menu in the top right of a My Report
- Select Bulk filter sources
- In the modal that appears, select the sources you wish to filter, either by clicking them individually or by clicking the All Network options
- Select the widgets you want to apply the filter to, either by clicking them individually or by clicking All Widgets
- Click Apply
