The Tag Report provides visibility into your inbound and outbound tag activity, allowing you to better understand message volume, performance patterns, and campaign effectiveness.
This report is available on Professional and Advanced plans.
Stats by Tag
This section displays metrics for each tag for at-a-glance comparison. Click to expand each tag to find more details and metrics.
Average Sent per day: Average number of sent messages with the tag applied on each day.
Total Sent: Total number of sent messages with the tag applied within the report period.
Average Received per day: Average number of received messages with the tag applied on each day.
Total Received: Total number of incoming messages with the tag applied within the report period.
Growth Trend: Indicates if the tag volume increased or decreased during the report period. Determined by calculating change between volume of total tagged messages in the first half and the second half of the report period.
Tag Detail
Each tag can be expanded to view detailed volume and engagement metrics.
Total Sent: Total number of sent messages with the tag applied within publishing or the Post Performance Report, in the report period.
Total Received: Total number of messages with the tag applied within your inbox, in the report period.
Used With: List of tags and volumes used in conjunction with the tag.
All Tab
This section displays incoming volumes by message type and engagement across all channels.
Impressions: Includes Twitter and Facebook impressions on your sent messages with the tag applied
Engagements: Includes Twitter Likes and Retweets, Facebook Reactions, Comments, and Shares, and Instagram Likes and Comments of your sent messages with the tag applied.
Link Clicks: Includes clicks on links within sent messages on Twitter and Facebook in the report period. This data comes from Twitter and Facebook respectively.
Twitter Tab
This section displays incoming volumes by message type and engagement on sent messages on Twitter.
Impressions: Total impressions on sent tweets in the report period.
Retweets: Total retweets of sent tweets in the report period.
Likes: Total likes of sent tweets in the report period.
Clicks: Total clicks on links within sent tweets in the report period. This data comes from Twitter.
Total Incoming: Includes Mentions, Tweets, Direct Messages, Retweets with Comments, Follower Alerts, and Retweets tagged in the Inbox.
Facebook Tab
Instagram Tab
Total Incoming: Includes any Media (hashtag or location) and Comments tagged in the Inbox.
LinkedIn Tab
This section displays incoming volumes by message type and engagement on sent messages on LinkedIn.
Impressions: The total impressions on sent messages during the reporting period.
Likes: The total number of likes on sent messages during the reporting period.
Comments: The total number of comments on sent messages during the reporting period.
Shares: The total number of shares from sent messages during the reporting period.
Clicks: The total number of clicks on media within sent messages during the reporting period.
Video Views: The total number of video views within sent messages during the reporting period.
