Where can I find assistance with billing or invoice questions?

If you have questions about billing or your invoice:

  1. Navigate to Sprout's support page.
  2. Under What would you like help with today? select Billing & Plan.
  3. Enter any additional details of your request.
  4. Click Submit.

You can also reach out to your Sprout representative with billing questions.
