How do I connect my TikTok profiles to Sprout?

You have the option connect your TikTok Business Profiles and TikTok Ad Accounts within Sprout Social. Before you connect your TikTok profile to Sprout, we recommend that you ensure you are logged into the account you want to connect within the native TikTok platform on your desktop.

Connecting a TikTok Business profile

To connect:

Note: In order to connect a TikTok Business profile, you must be granted the “Manage Profiles” permission within your user permissions in Sprout. 

1. Navigate to Account and settings > Connect a Profile.
2. Select the Group you want to connect your TikTok profile to from the In Group dropdown.
3. Click Connect for TikTok. 
4. Click Click Connect Business Profile
5. From there you’re taken to TikTok to complete authorization and connection to Sprout.

How do I connect my TikTok Ad Account?

You can also connect your TikTok Ad Account to access TikTok Ad comments in the Smart Inbox.

To begin this process, you will need to ensure you are able to log into the TikTok for Business account associated with your profile. You can typically access this using the “Login with TikTok” option and then authorize using your TikTok profile login. 

To connect in Sprout: 

1. Click Connect a Profile from your username.
2. Select the Group you want to add the profile to from the In Group dropdown.
3. Click Connect for TikTok 
4. Click Connect Ads
   
5. Click “Go to TikTok”. This will direct you to your TikTok Business Account and required that you complete certain authorization steps 
6. Select the Ad Account(s) you'd like to connect.
7. Click Save Changes.
