Hi, I'm Anna and I'm excited to walk you through how to export a management-ready PDF report directly from Sprout. Let's jump right in.
I'm going to open the Reports tab here in Sprout. First, I'll open the Profile Performance report. This is a great one to lean on for management updates because it gives you a very tight view of how all your profiles are doing in one place, instead of digging through each network separately.
Before I export anything, there are two things I want to customize. First, I want to customize the sources. These are the profiles I want to report on, so I'm going to select my LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube profiles.
The final thing to do before I export the report is set up the date range. I'll click on the date picker to choose the exact window I need. Let's say, for example, the last month of data. You can also select a comparison range if you want, or you can customize the date range any way you want.
If you want to make the report feel like it belongs in front of executives, scroll down to the Customize branding section to add your logo. I'm going to click Upload logo and add my logo here. Once it's added, you'll see the logo appear on the right-hand side.
Once all of this is done, I can click the Export button. From here, I can download a PDF or a CSV version of the report, send it directly, or schedule its delivery. I'm going to click Download PDF, and you can see that the system starts the export process.
So the next time you need to update your management team, you can skip the manual reporting and just let Sprout do the heavy lifting. You can customize any report, set your date range, add your logo, export your PDF, and you're done.
