Your social media accounts are sitting on a goldmine of data. Let's uncover your top winning posts so you can recreate that magic over and over. Hey everyone, this is JL. I'm excited to walk you through how to find your best-performing social media posts in this Sprout Bites video. Let's go treasure hunting!

Head over to the Reports tab and open the Post Performance report. Pick your timeline and decide how you want to view your data. By default, you'll be viewing the grid format, with your posts arranged by publication date. You can also use the filter drop-down to rank your posts by whichever metric matters most to you.

If you prefer a clean data breakdown, you can switch to the list view. Here you get an interactive table where you can click the down arrow on any column header. For example, if you want to highlight certain metrics related to your ongoing campaign, you can select more metrics using the configuration icon. When you click the down arrow next to a metric, your highest-performing content instantly moves to the top.

Pro tip: Don't just look at the high numbers. Look for patterns. What did your top three posts have in common? Was it short-form video, asking a question, or posting at a specific time through Optimal Send Times? Tag those winning formats and recreate them in your next campaign.

Thanks for watching, and I'll see you in the next Sprout Bite!
