When will the Tripadvisor Reviews integration stop working in Sprout Social?
On October 30, 2026, Sprout stops bringing in new Tripadvisor reviews and new Tripadvisor locations can no longer be connected. On November 30, 2026, Tripadvisor data is removed from Reports.
Why is Sprout Social removing Tripadvisor from the Reviews tab?
Tripadvisor is retiring the API our integration runs on and moving partners to a new platform. To allow us to invest even further in social networks that have the most impact for you, we've made the decision not to migrate.
Can I still reply to Tripadvisor reviews after the Tripadvisor Reviews integration is removed from Sprout?
Yes, in Tripadvisor. Replying to Tripadvisor reviews has never been possible from inside Sprout. The reply button in the Reviews tab has always redirected you to Tripadvisor. You can keep replying to Tripadvisor reviews in Tripadvisor's Management Center.
Will Google My Business, Yelp, Trustpilot, Facebook, Glassdoor, Apple App Store or Google Play Store reviews be affected by the Tripadvisor deprecation?
No. Only the Tripadvisor Reviews integration is being sunset. All other review networks continue to work in the Reviews tab.
Can I still connect a new Tripadvisor location in Sprout using Account & Settings > Connect a Profile?
New Tripadvisor connections will be disabled on October 30, 2026. After that date, Tripadvisor will no longer appear as an option in Connect a Profile.
