What if you could cut your content creation time in half and actually get better results? Let's talk about how to stop guessing and start scaling what works. Hi, my name is Marietta, and I'm excited to walk you through the Post Performance Report in this Sprout Bites video to focus on the posts that actually drive your business growth.

To access the Post Performance Report, click Reports within the left menu and select Post Performance within the Cross Network tab. The Post Performance Report is a great tool to uncover the hidden winners in your social strategy. It strips away the noise and lets you isolate your most impactful content in just a few clicks.

Whether your goal is brand awareness or direct traffic, you can instantly sort your posts by the exact metrics that matter to you, like impressions, video views, or link clicks. You can customize this by clicking the drop-down menu at the top — in this case, we'll select Engagements. We can instantly see that the best-performing networks so far are Facebook and LinkedIn. We can also see that a good number of users have been clicking the links included in the Facebook posts, since they're getting redirected to our coffee brand's website — a great result for us. By looking at what truly resonates, you can see the exact copy, content, and format your audience loves.

Now, we're also curious about the posts that haven't been performing well. You can sort the available data by clicking the ascending and descending arrows at the top, and we can see the results instantly change. We still see Facebook, but it's a different type of content and format — so we won't attempt to replicate this type of content moving forward.

Since we've been reviewing the Post Performance Report within the last three months, we've noticed a negative trend within our Threads profile. Since it's a network that isn't really resonating with our audience, we won't invest too many resources there moving forward.

Going back to our top-performing posts within the last month, we can see the winners and try to replicate the type of content that's performing well. By clicking More Options, you can actually duplicate this type of post. Instead of reinventing the wheel every week, you can double down on the formats that are already proven to work. You save hours of production time, stop spending resources on low-performing content, and boost your return on investment by focusing only on what moves the needle.

Ready to let your data do the heavy lifting? Dive into the Post Performance Report today and uncover your next big win.
