Hi, my name is Ryan Malonzo and I'm excited to walk you through the Sprout Queue and ViralPost in this Sprout Bites video. These features work together as a smart automated publishing assistant, ensuring your valuable evergreen content — from helpful tips to deep-dive articles — is published consistently and automatically without requiring constant manual scheduling. The Sprout Queue complements your strategic calendar, guaranteeing a steady flow of relevant content to your audience. You can easily configure your Sprout Queue settings by navigating to the Account and Settings page, and from there within your Publishing section, go to Sprout Queue. You'll choose between two scheduling options: Manual Times and ViralPost. Manual Times allows you to designate up to 10 specific post times per day for each profile, giving you the precision you need to align with internal timelines. ViralPost is a patented technology designed to eliminate scheduling guesswork. Instead of fixed times, you simply enable ViralPost, select how many times you want to post per day, and ViralPost analyzes your historical profile data to release your content when your audience is most primed for engagement — maximizing its potential velocity and reach. You can add up to 10 posts per day to the queue. Adding content to your Sprout Queue is seamless. When drafting a message in Compose, select the Sprout Queue option from the When to Post menu. Once selected, you have immediate control over its position: Queue Next puts the post at the very top, making it the next piece of content to be released, while Queue Last adds it to the end of the line. You can maintain a pipeline of up to 50 queued posts per profile at any given time, and you can drag and drop messages to arrange them in your preferred publishing order. We know the social landscape can change quickly, so the Sprout Queue offers immediate control when you need it most. You can pause the queue for an individual profile or globally using the Pause All button, and when you reactivate it, it will intelligently determine new publishing times. Please note that clearing the queue is a permanent action that deletes all currently queued messages. By embracing the efficiency of the Sprout Queue and the intelligence of ViralPost, you can ensure a consistent, high-impact presence on social media with confidence and full control.
