June 2026 Notice: Certain image assets may require re-uploading within your Custom Reports

Table of Contents

In early June 2026, Sprout’s Engineering team identified an issue with the way in which image assets were stored and rendered within certain custom reports in the Sprout Social platform.

Please know the underlying issue has been addressed by our Engineers and we do not anticipate any issues with storing image assets in your reports moving forward. However, as part of the resolution, our Engineering team had to remove any image assets that would have remained in a non-functional state.

To resolve the issue, we recommend that you review any custom reports in active use by your organization and ensure that you reupload any images if a widget displays “Add an image.”

If you are looking for further assistance identifying impacted reports on your account, please contact Sprout Social Support and we will be happy to provide this information.

This article provides specific information on an issue impacting a small subset of Sprout Social accounts in June 2026.
