Key Features

Creating Posts
- Open Compose.
- Select the social profile(s) you want to post to.
- Write your message and add media, tags
- Optionally apply publishing workflows, labels, or campaigns.
- Choose when to publish (immediately, schedule, or queue).
Specifications:
- Video Duration: The supported video duration for Snapchat posts is 5 to 300 seconds.
- Video Orientation: Vertical video is the only supported media type for Snapchat Spotlights
- Post Deletion: Deletion of sent posts is not supported via the API; this must be handled natively within the Snapchat app.
- Web App Latency: There can be a brief propagation delay between when a post is live on the mobile app and when it appears on the web version of Snapchat. If Sprout indicates the post was sent successfully, it will eventually appear on the web.
