To ensure we can continue to offer our innovative AI-powered features (like Trellis) at predictable pricing, we are implementing a fair use cap on LLM (Large Language Model) resource consumption.
This ceiling helps us manage usage costs effectively.
We will continually monitor usage and adjust the cap as our product evolves and adoption grows.
When the cap is hit, users will receive the below message. Trellis will be disabled until the end of the calendar month.
If you hit the cap and would like to continue using Trellis, please reach out to the Support Team. The Fair Use Cap is being evaluated and will be changing as use of the Trellis tool grows.
Tips for conserving tokens:
To get the most out of your monthly usage, try starting a new chat session whenever you’re moving on to a different topic or task! Because our AI looks back at your entire conversation history to provide the best answers, very long chat threads use up your token allowance much faster, even for short replies. Think of a new chat like a clean slate: it keeps the AI focused, helps you stay within your fair use limits, and ensures you have plenty of tokens left for the rest of the month.
