Contacting Support
The Support Team is available Monday - Friday, on a 24 hour basis. If you encounter technical issues while using the platform and need to contact the Support Team, you can use the following options:
Live Chat Support
To use Live Chat Support:
- Navigate to the right-side panel in Sprout.
- Click
- Click Live Chat. The chat window appears and you can pose your question.
Live Phone Support
You can call the Support Team Monday - Friday at 1-866-878-3231.
Ticket Support
You can email the Support Team via this link.
Note: For issues related to your plan level, pricing and general questions about your account, you can reach out to success@sproutsocial.com
Premier Success
The Premier Success option guarantees a two hour response time from the Support Team. You can reach out to your Sprout Account Manager for more details on pricing for this, as well as the other benefits of Premier Success.
