Contacting Sprout Social Support

This article outlines how you can get in touch with Sprout Social’s support team or access self-service training recordings.
Contacting Support
The Support Team is available Monday - Friday, on a 24-hour basis. If you encounter technical issues while using the platform and need to contact the Support Team, you can use the following options.
Live Chat
Once you're logged into your Sprout account:
- Navigate to the Need help with your account? section on the Dashboard.
- Click Ask a Question or Contact Support to open the support modal.
- Allow our Digital Assistant to help answer your questions or click Connect with Support to start a chat session.
You can also reveal the support modal by clicking on the question mark icon (?) located in the bottom left corner. From there, click on the option for Help, regardless of where you are in your Sprout account.
Note: The option for Live Chat will only be available after you are logged into your Sprout account.
Live Phone Support
You can call the Support Team Monday - Friday at 1-866-878-3231.
Public Help Center Support Modal
Get answers from our Digital Assistant directly from any page in our Help Center.
- Click on the message bubble located in the bottom right corner of the page to initiate a conversation.
- Allow our Digital Assistant to help answer your questions or ask it to create an email ticket for you to contact support directly.
Ticket Support
You can email the Support Team via this link.
Premier Success
The Premier Success option guarantees a two-hour first reply time from the Support Team. You can reach out to your Sprout Account Manager for more details on pricing for this, as well as the other benefits of Premier Success.
