How do I cancel my account?

Table of Contents

This article walks through the steps to cancel and deactivate your Sprout Social account.

To cancel your Sprout Social subscription:

  1. Click on Account and Settings > Billing
  2. Select Deactivate to start the cancellation process. Regardless of the type of plan you have, contract terms and pricing, Sprout automatically walks you through the cancellation process.

If you pay outside the app, Sprout will notify a Customer Success Manager to review and confirm your cancellation based on your service period.
