Track Your Threads Performance in Sprout
Threads metrics are now available in Sprout’s reporting (currently in Beta). With the new Threads Profiles Report, you can access profile-level insights under Profiles by Network. Plus, Threads engagement data is now included in the Profile Performance Report, appearing in the Performance Summary, Engagement, and Profiles widgets. You can also customize your view by adding Threads Profiles widgets to My Reports. Please note that Follower Count is not included in this Beta, as the Threads API currently provides inaccurate data. Meta is aware of the issue and working on a fix, but there is no timeline for resolution.

Case management just got faster
We've introduced Case Quick Actions to help agents complete common tasks with fewer clicks, making triage in the Cases area more efficient. The Three Dot (…) Overflow menu on case cards in the case feed now includes Assign to Me and Close Case actions, with Close Case disabled if the case is already closed. Additionally, when viewing a case, the header bar now features a Close Case action, allowing agents to update the case status instantly. These improvements make it easier to manage and resolve cases quickly.
