X Trends and X Keyword Reports Deprecation - September 2024
As we continue to enhance our platform and provide you with the most valuable tools for Social Listening and Reporting, we are retiring two legacy reports, X Trends and X Keyword Reports, previously found in the Reporting section of Sprout.
Why This Change?
These reports, while useful in the past, are being phased out due to technical stability issues and declining usage. Additionally, their functionality will soon be replaced by two new and improved Listening features (more to come). With this transition, we can ensure you have access to the most robust and reliable tools for your Social Listening and Reporting needs.
By removing these reports, we’re able to:
- Focus on delivering features that provide long-term value to your social strategies
- Simplify the platform and reduce technical complexity, helping us prioritize high-impact improvements
Key Dates to Note:
- Last delivery date for scheduled X Trends and X Keyword Reports: Monday, September 9th, 2024. Any scheduled deliveries after this date will be automatically disabled.
We understand this might impact your current reporting process, and we’re here to support you through the transition. If you’ve been relying on these reports, we recommend exploring our Listening product, which provides far more advanced analysis and deeper insights into your social data.
