Themes in your Industry Listening Aspects group are dynamically generated by AI and may change over time.

FAQs
Will any other industries be added?
Yes, we plan to add more industries.
What if I have my own manual themes with the same name as these AI industry themes?
Your manual themes won't be altered – if you have manual themes of the same name as the AI industry themes from the industry you selected, you’ll see both. But, the AI industry theme will automatically apply to related messages in your Topic, while the manual one needs to be manually added. You may see double for them, but the AI theme will be identified with AI branding.
I want to remove one of the AI Industry Theme from some messages. Can I do that?
Right now the Themes can't be customized or removed from messages. They are either on or off. If you wish to remove a specific AI theme from the Topic, you can do so from the Themes filter in the top of the Topic.
How long does it take to update my Topic with an Industry Theme?
When this feature is enabled in an active Topic, the AI Industry Themes will only apply to messages on the day of enablement moving forward. They won't apply to historical messages in active Topics. The expected time to update your Topic is expected to be <1 minute depending on your Topic size.
What happens if I change my AI Industry Theme from one to another?
-
You can change your AI Industry Theme at any time. If you change the AI Industry Theme in your Topic, the historical messages that were previously applied from the original AI Industry Theme won't be re-applied with the new AI Industry Theme (ex. updating the AI Industry Theme in your Topic from Healthcare to Higher Education).
-
Any historical messages that didn't have the previous AI Industry Theme applied can have the new AI Industry applied. Any available messages from the day of enablement moving forward will have the new AI Industry Theme applied.
