What do I do if my Instagram account is marked as Spam and I can't post replies?

In December 2023, Instagram introduced new anti-spam measures. As a part of their spam detection techniques, it's possible that your account occasionally gets marked as spam which then prevents your replies from posting to your Instagram account.

If this happens to your account, take the following steps:

1. Navigate to Meta's support page here.
2. Open an issue.
3. Copy and paste the following into your issue: My account has a flag that is restricting us from commenting on Mentions. Can you remove the restriction?
4. Submit your issue.
