What steps do I take if links in my invite email aren't working?
Sometimes your email filter might block welcome or a new user invite email from the Sprout platform. The good news is that you can whitelist the following domains to ensure that you can access your invitation links:
- appmail.sproutsocial.com
- mandrillapp.com
- app.sproutsocial.com
- [*.]sproutsocial.com → (in case there are any other subdomains for Sprout)
- Whitelisting these domains ensures you receive other important Sprout emails like:
- Welcome emails
- Weekly Summaries
- Password resets
- Invite emails
- Case emails
- Message Approval notifications
- Failed Messages Notifications
- PDF Reports
- Inbox Exports
- Link Sharing
