What steps do I take if links in my invite email aren't working?

Sometimes your email filter might block welcome or a new user invite email from the Sprout platform. The good news is that you can whitelist the following domains to ensure that you can access your invitation links:

  • appmail.sproutsocial.com
  • mandrillapp.com
  • app.sproutsocial.com
  • [*.]sproutsocial.com → (in case there are any other subdomains for Sprout)
  • Whitelisting these domains ensures you receive other important Sprout emails like:
    • Welcome emails
    • Weekly Summaries
    • Password resets
    • Invite emails
    • Case emails
    • Message Approval notifications
    • Failed Messages Notifications
    • PDF Reports
    • Inbox Exports
    • Link Sharing
