Sprout now automatically highlights the Facebook post with the highest lifetime engagement of all Facebook profiles within your Group. You no longer have to spend time searching for their highest performing post to boost. From the Week and Month view, the calendar showcases the Top Post from the last 30 days.

Optimize your campaigns with more granular link tracking options

For Advanced and Enterprise Plans only: Now you have more flexibility when creating URL tracking parameters. Expanded link tracking settings are now found under Settings > Publishing > Link Tracking. Plus, choose from a saved parameter set or edit individual settings when you’re customizing a link in Compose.

Prioritize and alert on messages for high follower counts and verification status

Previously, when adding Follower Count and Verified Profile Criteria for Automated Rules, you could only apply this criteria to X profiles and Facebook users that were Pages. Now these criteria include Instagram and LinkedIn.

When configuring Follower Count and Verified Profile Criteria for Instagram and LinkedIn you can create automatic tagging, Case creation and escalation via email or push notifications.

Previously, Advocacy customers could only share video Stories to LinkedIn. With this update, you can now share video Stories to X, Facebook Business Pages or Instagram Business Profiles to drive more engagement with your Advocacy content.
