LinkedIn Pages Report
Analyze and benchmark all of your LinkedIn page efforts with this report. Use this report to understand page-level activity and determine your highest performing Pages. Additionally, determine the impact of sponsored and organic content by comparing audience growth and message targeting.
Customizing the report
Use the filter groups in the Filter Menu to select the profiles you want to view data for.
LinkedIn Performance Summary
This section summarizes your key statistics during the report period. Note that these stats only include organic activity.
Impressions: The number of times that all of your posts were displayed to a user during the reporting period. This doesn't include impressions when your posts are shared by other users.
Engagements: Total number users engaged with your posts during the reporting period, including when they reacted to, commented on, shared or clicked on your post.
Post Clicks: The number of times during the reporting period that users clicked on the link, media, more icon in the top-right corner or organization page from your post.
Audience Growth
This section breaks down your follower growth during the report period.
Net Follower Growth: The net number of LinkedIn followers that your page acquired.
Organic Followers Gained: The number of new LinkedIn followers that your page acquired organically.
Paid Followers Gained: The number of new LinkedIn followers who followed your page acquired through Sponsored Content and/or Organization Follow Ads.
Followers Lost: The number of LinkedIn followers that unfollowed your page.
LinkedIn Publishing Behavior
This section breaks out the updates you published during the report period.
Total Published Posts: The number of LinkedIn posts that you published to your page.
Published Photos: The number of posts that contain at least one photo but no video. This stat also includes posts with multiple photos.
Published Links: The number of posts that contain a link but no photo or video.
Published Text: The number of posts that only contain text.
Published Videos: The number of posts that contain a video.
Published Documents: The number of posts that contain a document.
Published Polls: The number of posts that contain a poll.
Poll Votes: The number of votes cast by users on your poll posts.
LinkedIn Top Posts
This section breaks out your top performing posts during the reporting period, including photos, links, text and videos.
Total Engagements: The total number of times that users engaged with your post during the post's lifetime including when they liked, commented, shared or clicked on your post.
Reactions: The total number of users who liked or reacted to your post during the post's lifetime.
Comments: The total number of times users commented on your post during the post's lifetime.
Shares: The total number of times users shared your post during the post's lifetime.
Post Clicks: The number of times during the reporting period that users clicked on the link, media, more icon in the top-right corner or organization page from your post.
LinkedIn Impressions
This section helps you visualize trends in your content being viewed by the LinkedIn community. These stats show organic impressions only.
Impressions: The number of times that all of your posts were displayed to a user during the reporting period. This doesn't include impressions when your posts are shared by other users.
Average Daily Impressions per Page: The average number of times that any content associated with your page was displayed to a user, per day and per page, during the reporting period. This doesn't include impressions when your posts are shared by users.
LinkedIn Engagement
This section helps you visualize trends in how your audience engages with your posts during the reporting period.
Total Engagements: Aggregate number of Likes, Comments, and Shares on your Company Shares.
Reactions: The total number of users who liked or reacted to your post during the post's lifetime.
Comments: The total number of times users commented on your post during the post's lifetime.
Shares: The total number of times users shared your post during the post's lifetime.
Post Clicks: The number of times during the reporting period that users clicked on the link, media, more icon in the top-right corner or organization page from your post.
Engagement Rate
This section helps you measure how engaged people are with your brand. LinkedIn Engagement Rate (per Impression) is the number of times during the reporting period that users engaged with your content as a percentage of impressions.
Benchmarking
If you’re a Premium Analytics customer, you also have access to the Benchmarking tab. This feature gives you insight into how your LinkedIn performance compares to other Sprout users.
LinkedIn Benchmarking measures your Engagement Rate per Impression by Month and compares those metrics to the 25th, 50th, and 75th percentile performers on the network. You can also view your current overall ranking, as well as any change from the previous reporting period. Hover over the percentage change and performance ranking metrics to see more detail.
Sprout calculates your network benchmark by ranking Engagement Rate per Impression for all LinkedIn profiles connected to Sprout. All data is anonymized, and customers will not be able to infer your owned profiles’ rankings.
Note: Benchmarking data ingest occurs over a 24-hour period, meaning that data for the current or previous day may not be complete. For best results, omit the current and previous days from the requested date range.
Audience Demographics
This section helps you understand the job functions of your followers.
Audience By Seniority Level: The number of your followers grouped by seniority level.
Audience Top Job Functions: The number of your followers grouped by job functions. Job functions are based on LinkedIn's standardized groupings of job titles.

This section reviews your aggregate page metrics over a reporting period.
