Upgrading your Plan
Sprout Social's plan structure offers powerful features at all levels and allows flexible billing. Changing your plan in Sprout Social is easy, whether you want to upgrade to a different plan or add more users or profiles to your account.
Upgrading Your Plan
You can easily upgrade your account in Account and settings > Settings > Billing & Plan. Select Upgrade Plan to choose the new plan level.
Adding Additional Users
To add new users to your account, you can go to Settings and click Users and Social Profiles. From there, select 'Invite new team members', enter the details and scroll down to grant the new user's profile permissions, then click Send Invites.
Your account will be charged for every team member you invite into Sprout. You will not see an increased fee if you decide to add the same user to multiple groups on your team account. Additional user fees vary based on plan level.
If you add a user in the middle of your billing cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for that user. At the beginning of your next billing cycle, the full monthly rate for that user will be added to your Sprout Plan. Click on the link to learn more about adding users.
Note: Only customers who pay via credit card in the platform will see this option. If you do not see the option to invite a new user, reach out to successteam@sproutsocial.com
Adding Additional Profiles
To add social profiles, you can go to Settings and click Users and Social Profiles. From there, select 'Connect Social Profiles', select the social profile you want to add, and then follow the prompt.
If you add a new profile in the middle of your billing cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for that profile. At the beginning of your next billing cycle, the full monthly rate for that profile will be added to your Sprout Plan.
