Users are individuals who have access to your Sprout subscription. There's a cost associated with each user, which varies depending on your chosen plan level. You can easily add more users to your subscription at any time to accommodate your growing team.
Extra Profiles
Each Sprout plan includes a set number of social profiles. If your organization needs to manage more profiles than your plan allows, you can simply add extra profiles to your subscription. This can be done at any point during your subscription.

- Monthly: For greater flexibility, Sprout offers month-to-month subscriptions with specific monthly pricing. All monthly subscriptions are subject to Sprout’s current plans and pricing.

Yes, you can adjust your payment method. For any changes, please work with your Customer Success Manager or a member of our Support team. Please note that Sprout accepts ACH, check, or wire payments only for upfront annual subscriptions. All other payments are exclusively accepted via credit card within the Sprout app.
What makes up my total Sprout Social subscription cost?
