How do I access deleted sent posts?

You can view and republish a deleted Sent post in Sprout either from the Post Performance Report or the Smart Inbox.

To view and republish a Sent Post from the Post Performance Report it's important to know the date the post was sent on so that you can filter the report appropriately. Once you determine the date, you can then view and republish a sent post from the Post Performance Report by:

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab > Cross-Network > Post Performance.
  2. Leverage the filters in the Filter Menu to locate the deleted sent post. For example, if the post was published today, use the date range filter to select the start and end date as today.
  3. Locate the post then click the three dot icon.
  4. Click Duplicate. Compose opens with the post text and any media included.

  5. Edit the post and select your post scheduled time to publish.

  6. Click Submit or Schedule.

  1. Navigate to the Smart Inbox from the left-hand menu.
  2. Leverage the filters in the Filter Menu to locate the deleted sent post. For example, if the post was published today, use the date range filter to select the start and end date as today.
  3. Click the three dot icon Screen Shot 2023-10-02 at 1.40.47 PM.pngand then click the applicable action for the post. For example, if it was a sent post for X, click Retweet.
