The Twitter and Facebook Bots Reports allow you to identify opportunities to enhance workflows in your Chatbot experience. Use the supplied engagement and performance metrics to validate your strategy and optimize how your Chatbots help streamline your customers' experience.

Customizing the report
Use the filter groups in the Filter Menu to select the profiles you want to view data for.
Twitter Bots Report
Interaction Volumes
This graph shows the number of interaction by day as well as the number of unique users who have interacted with the Chatbot.
Message Volumes
This graph shows the number of messages received by and sent from the Chatbot by day.
Quick Replies
This sections shows the quick replies that were most used by the Chatbot for the selected date range.
Facebook Bots Report

Chatbot Reports FAQs
Where are these reports located?
Bots Reports can be found under their respective network reports in the Reports tab. The Twitter Bots Report is located below Twitter Reports and Facebook Bots Report is located below Facebook Reports. Both reports can also be found within the Sprout Reports in Reports Home.
Which Plan level are Chatbot reports available on?
Chatbots reports are available on the Advanced plan.
What file types can I export?
This report can be exported as a PDF only. Click Share in the top-right of the report to download or send as a PDF file.
How do Chatbots affect the Engagement Report?
In most cases, there is no impact on the Engagement Report, however if a Quick Reply is determined by Sprout as 'needs a response' message then it will be responded to and tracked
In these cases, it will increase the response rate and average response time.
How do Chatbots affect the Team Report?
This report will have no effect on the Team Report since bots are not counted as team members.
What is the difference between the Twitter Bots Report and the Facebook Bots Report?
They report on the same metrics except the Facebook Bots Report also contains data for the Get Started & Restart Buttons.
