Manager & Admin Reports
User Reports
General Report
The General Report (only available to Managers and Admins) provides an overview of the latest activity in Employee Advocacy. You can filter this report by team, week, current month, last month or a custom date range that you specify.
The report updates to show how many active stories, total shares and shares across each network. As you scroll, you can see sharing trends, the highest volume of sharing activity and overall story performance, top users by shares and top users by potential reach.
Note: Stories shared using the mobile publishing workflow will only show share counts, not potential reach or engagement metrics.
Content Report
The Content Report (only available to Managers and Admins) dives deeper and shows data around your active content. You can see how many shareable or internal stories were active each day along with a comparison to the previous month.
The Content Breakdown chart provides stats on shareable and internal content including days, views, shares, engagement and potential reach for each Story. You can also see how many Likes a post received through Advocacy for reshared X and LinkedIn Stories.
Hone in on the metrics that matter most to you by leveraging Filters at the top. Add in specific Tags, Teams, User Roles, Curators or Topics.
Click into a story in the Content Breakdown section to reveal more information. You can see the total count of users that shared the story and download a CSV with the list of user names by clicking Export Entire List.
If a user shared a story, but was then removed from Employee Advocacy:
-
That user is counted in the overall number of users who shared the story in the reporting period

That user isn't listed in the set of visible names
-
A record show in the CSV for Deleted User upon export
