Now you can send product templates for Shop items instead of product URLs for Facebook Private Messages in the Smart Inbox. Product templates are clickable and show the product image, name and price to your Facebook users. Users can click the product template directly from your response to find the product directly in your Facebook Shop.

Schedule your content up to 13 months in the future

Now you can navigate both 13 months into the future and 13 months into the past in the Month and Week views of the Content Calendar in Sprout. Whether you're planning ahead or need to understand your publishing cadence from a previous campaign, you can get a full picture of your publishing activity over a year-long period. Additionally, you can schedule posts 13 months into the future with Compose and add Calendar notes up to a year in advance.

Reschedule posts directly from the list, week and month view in the Content Calendar

Now you can click Screen_Shot_2021-08-20_at_11.23.45_AM.png from posts in your Content Calendar and reschedule the post using the date and time dropdown or by selecting from the shortcuts. You can also reschedule posts in the Drafts tab for any timed draft posts and in the Needs Approval tab.

Now Approval Workflows and Mobile Publishers are grouped together in the Publishing Workflows section in Compose. Rather than clicking an icon under your post text, you can quickly select the proper workflows and mobile publishers from their respective drop downs.
