Employee Advocacy Topic Approvals for Contributors

The Topics by Approval process helps streamline Advocacy story approvals to enhance efficiency and ensure content quality. With this approval process, Admins and Managers are assigned topics that they are responsible to review stories for.

All contributions you submit show in the My Contributions tab. Additionally, each story tile shows the approval status for the topics a story has been submitted to. Approved topics show at the top of the tile, and pending and rejected topics show at the bottom.

The Manager or Admin who is responsible for approving your submitted story can include rejection notes to provide context as to why the story is being rejected. Stories can be rejected for some topics and approved for others.
