Influencer Marketing: How do I create a new Custom Report?

You can create custom profile reports using Influencer Marketing’s Report Builder. You can add or delete components, change the format and determine which metrics to include in your final reports. 

To access the Report Builder, navigate to the reports dashboard by clicking Reports on the left panel. 

Create a new custom report

To create a new custom report:

  1. Click + New Report.
  2. Click on either a Sprout Social Influencer Marketing template or Custom Report > Create Report.

To complete your custom report, add the following information: 

  • Name your report.
  • Add keywords, hashtags and phrases from post captions you want to include. 
    • For “And” and “And Not” searches, click + Add Row for “And” Logic.
    • (Optional) Click Turn into Keyword Group to condense all included search terms into one group.
  • (Optional)Date Range. If no date range is selected, the report will pull in data from the last 90 days.
  • (Optional) Profiles or Creator Lists in the Profiles and Mentions boxes to include in the search.
  • (Optional) Location. To refine your results, add a location by typing in the Location box.

3. Click Create Report.

If you need to edit your report, click into the report and click Settings in the upper-right corner. Once you’ve made your changes, click Save to update the report.

You can't edit or remove Influencer Marketing’s default templates.

Edit or remove report

You can edit or remove reports at any point by hovering over the report, clicking the three-dots and clicking Add to Starred, Copy, Rename or Move to Trash.
