Influencer Marketing: How can I use Collaborator?

Table of Contents

Collaborator in Influencer Marketing helps streamline your influencer marketing efforts by inviting external collaborators and other team members into a cross-functional campaign.

How do I sign into Collaborator?

To access Collaborator, you’ll receive an invite via email. To sign into Collaborator from your email:

  1. Click View Campaign in your email invite.
  2. Enter your full name, agree to the Privacy Policy and click Save.

What is the Campaign View?

The Campaign View is like your homescreen. Here you can see all the campaigns you have access to and access Creator Review, Content and Summary tabs for all your campaigns. If a tab is unavailable, that means you don’t have permission to view it. To request access permission, reach out to the person who invited you to collaborate on the campaign.

What information is in the Creator Review tab?

The Creator Review tab is where you can evaluate prospective creators for a campaign. From this tab, you can:

  • Approve creators
  • Disapprove creators
  • Mark a creator as tentative

How do I customize my view?

The Sort by function in the left-hand panel allows you to sort prospective creators by newest to oldest, vice versa or by status. Selecting All will apply all filters to your list of creators.

To narrow your search further and identify the best creators for your campaign, you can also add additional filters like:

  • Content
  • Audience demographics
  • Engagement by platform
  • Engagement by content type

What is the Content Review tab?

To access content drafts submitted by creators for a campaign, navigate to the Content Review tab. Here you can approve or reject content, leave comments or change the approval status of the content.

To access a larger version of the content, click the thumbnail.

What is the Summary View tab?

Track your campaign performance in the Summary View tab. Here you’ll find a variety of campaign metrics like:

  • Platform
  • Content type
  • Publication date
