How can I use Collaborator in Influencer Marketing?

Collaborator helps streamline your influencer marketing efforts by participating in a cross-functional Campaign.

How do I sign into Collaborator?

You get invited to Collaborator via email. To get started:

  1. Click View Campaign in your invitation email. The Influencer Marketing log in window appears.
  2. Enter your full name, agree to the Privacy Policy, and then click Save.

What is the Campaign view?

Think of Campaign View like your home screen. From this view, you can see all the Campaigns you have access to. From here, you can view the Creator Review, Content, and Summary tabs for all your Campaigns. If any tab is unavailable, that means you don't have permission to view it. Reach out to the person who invited you to Collaborator to request permission.

What information is in the Creator Review tab?

Creator Review is where you can access prospective Creators for the Campaign.

From this tab you can:

  • Approve Creators
  • Disapprove Creators
  • Mark a Creator as Tentative

How can I customize my view?

You can sort Creators with the Sort by function in the left-hand bar. You can sort Creators from Newest to Oldest or vice-versa. You can also sort by Status and use All to filter by those status indicators.

You can then add additional sorting filters like:

  • Content

  • Audience Demographics

  • Engagement By Platform

  • Engagement By Content Type

to narrow down your search and pull a list of the best fit Creators for your Campaign.

What is the Content Review tab?

In the Content Review tab you can access content drafts submitted by Creators for a Campaign.

You can approve or reject content, leave comments, and change the approval status of the Content.

You can also view a larger version of the content by clicking the thumbnail.

What is the Summary View tab?

In the Summary View tab you can view Campaign performance. You can view a variety of metrics associated with the Campaign like:

  • Platform
  • Content Type
  • Publication Date
  • Engagement Rate
  • Engagement
  • Likes
  • Comments
