Influencer Marketing: How do I review and approve Creators?

Table of Contents

Before sending proposals to creators, you can have them go through Internal Review and Collaborator Review. This ensures selected creators meet your campaign’s requirements and are approved for participation. Both review steps are optional and your organization’s admins will decide if they’re needed. Once implemented, they become a mandatory step.

How do I set up Internal review?

To complete the internal review:

  1. Select creators:
    • Open your desired campaign and navigate to the Creators tab
    • To select a profile, click the box next to the creator’s name. This brings up a menu at the bottom of the screen.
    • To select all creators, click the box next to Creator at the top of the list.
  2. Start the review:
    • Click the Star Icon in the bottom menu labeled Review.
  3. Approve creators:
    • Hover over Internal Review from the menu, then mark creators as Tentative, Disapprove or Approve.

How do I set up Collaborator review?

After internal approval, creators must go through a collaborator review even if there are no designated collaborators for your campaign.

  1. Select creators:
    • Open your desired campaign and navigate to the Creators tab
    • To select a profile, click the box next to the creator’s name. This will bring up a menu at the bottom of the screen.
    • To select all creators, click the box next to Creator at the top of the list.
  2. Initiate the review:
    • Click the Star Icon in the bottom menu labeled Review.
  3. Approve creators:
    • Hover over Collaborator Review from the menu.
    • Click Request to request a collaborator review. You can also Withdraw Request or Customize Creator Preview.
  4. Mark the creator as Approved.
