Influencer Marketing: How do I customize email footers and signatures?

You can create a professional, branded email footer and signature that best reflects your organization’s identity.

Customize email footers

Admins can personalize email signatures for their organization by adding a company logo and address. To do so: 

1. Navigate to Organization Settings and click Customize Email Footer.
2. Toggle ON Include logo in email footer and upload your company logo.
   • Include logos for both Light Mode and Dark Mode to ensure the image displays correctly regardless of the recipient’s device settings. 
   • For optimal sizing, images should have a maximum height of 32px.
3. Add your company address and any additional details like a web link in the Your organization address text box.
4. Click Save and scroll down to preview the footer.

Add a personal email signature

Users can customize their email signature for messages sent from Influencer Marketing.

1. Navigate to User Settings and click Email Signature.
2. Toggle ON Turn on custom signature for your email messages.

3. Type or copy and paste your signature into the text box. You can also use slugs to automatically populate information from the previous screen. Then click Save.
4. Scroll down to preview your new signature.
