How can I view Creators in a Campaign?

There are several different way to view Creators within your Campaigns.

This article contains the following sections:

Grid View

Creators are viewable in two different ways: Grid View and List View. The default view shown on Sprout Social Influencer Marketing is Grid View, which depicts all of the Creators added to the selected Campaign in a grid made up of their Creator Cards.

When the View icon is present, users can choose between Grid View and List View. To change views, select the View icon, then select the desired view.

To view the Creators tab within a Campaign:

  1. Select Projects from Influencer Marketing's navigation bar.
  2. Select the desired Campaign.

As Creators are added to Campaigns, this is where their Creator Cards appear.

Creator Cards

Content Count

The amount of content the Creator has posted for the Campaign can be found at the bottom of each card.

A dash indicates that no content has been created.

A single number indicates that the Creator's content for the Campaign has been published.

A fraction indicates the Creator has submitted drafts.

    • The numerator refers to the amount of content published.

    • The denominator refers to the number of drafts created.

Instagram and YouTube Account Status

The icons next to each Creator’s Instagram and/or YouTube indicate the Creator’s Account Status.

  • Yellow: The Profile is a Business/Creator account, but isn't authorized.

    • The Profile owner doesn't share any insights data (impressions and story data for example).

Influencer Marketing allows users to sort Creators using various functions, available at the top of the screen. You can use the magnifying glass next to the sort function to search for a specific Creator.

Selecting Creators for Action

You can perform bulk actions on Creators within the selected Campaign. First, a user must select at least one Creator. To do this, select the box in the top left of the Creator Card.

Once selected, the following options menu will appear:

  • Message: Choose from sending a custom message to the selected Creators or sending the Outreach Message created within Campaign Settings.

  • Review: Mark the selected Creators status for Internal Review or Collaborator Review.

  • Proposal: Choose from any of these actions pertaining to Proposals for the selected Creators, including:

    • Withdraw Proposals

    • Approve Proposals

    • Decline Proposals

    • Send Proposals

  • Watchers: Watcher functionality allows you to subscribe to notifications for specific Creators within the Campaign.

    • If you opt to become a watcher for a Creator, you receive notifications whenever the selected Creator makes an action within the Campaign on Sprout Social Influencer Marketing.

    • You can unsubscribe from Creators by selecting the Remove Watchers button.

  • Hire: Mark Creators as hired within the Campaign.

    • This gives Influencer Marketing the green light to start pulling in Creators’ posts that fulfill the specifications outlined in Campaign Settings.

  • Copy: The copy function allows users to copy the selected Creators from the current Campaign to another Campaign.

  • Delete: The delete function removes the selected Creators from the given Campaign.

Influencer Marketing lets you select the entire page of Creators. Once a selection has been made using the multi-select box, the option in the bottom right of the pop-up bar dynamically changes to Select Page. You can then select every Creator in the Campaign.

Select X in the bottom right corner to deselect all of the selected Creators at once.

List View

List View displays Creators within the Campaign in rows and provides slightly different information than the Creator Cards within Grid View.

Filter and search functionality in List View are the same as Grid View.

Sorting In List View

To sort while in List View, selecting one of the column headers sorts the Creators according to that metric.

The set of arrows located next to each column header indicates whether the data is being sorted in an ascending fashion (^) or descending fashion (v).

Bulk Selection of Creators in List View

Bulk actions with Creators are available in List View as well. To select a Creator, click the box at the beginning of the row.

To select all Creators on the current page, select the box to the left of all column headers.

Once Creators are selected, functionality within the pop-up menu is the same as that of Grid View.

Inspect View

Influencer Marketing offers the ability to Inspect Creators within a Campaign. Inspect View offers Discovery Filters within the Campaign so you can search among Creators in the selected campaign by Profile Metrics.

Inspect View enables filters similar to those found within Discovery. These filters revolve around metrics of the Profiles and underlying Profile metrics, whereas Grid/List View metrics revolve around the Profiles in the context of the selected Campaign.

This lets you use Discovery Filters within the selected Campaign and Creators to narrow the search.

The sort function is the same for Inspect View as List View.

Bulk Selection of Creators within Inspect View

You can perform actions in bulk across Creators within List View.

  • Select the box at the beginning of the row to select the Creator.

  • To select all Creators on the current page, select the box to the left of all column headers.

  • Once Creators are selected, functionality is similar to that in Grid View.

Only the following actions are available within Inspect View:

  • Review
  • Copy
  • Delete
