Influencer Marketing: How do I add a Collaborator to a Campaign?

Collaborators are external users you can invite into a campaign to review or look at specific aspects of a campaign. Because they’re not regular Influencer Marketing users, collaborators do have limited access to campaigns. You can invite as many collaborators as you want to a campaign.

To add a collaborator to a campaign:

  1. Navigate to a campaign from the Campaigns tab.
  2. Click the campaign you want to add a collaborator to. 
  3. Click Settings in the upper-right corner.
  4. Click Collaborators in the left navigation bar.
  5. Click Invite Collaborator.
  6. Enter the email address of the collaborator you want to add.
  7. In the Rights field, select the permissions you want to give the collaborator from the drop-down menu. You can select multiple permissions including:
    • Summary - Gives the collaborator access to the campaign’s summary view.
    • Creator Review - Gives the collaborator access to view the creator review screen.
    • Content Review - Gives the collaborator access to view the content review screen.
  8. Click Share to send an email inviting collaborators to join the campaign.
