How do I add a Collaborator to a Campaign?
Collaborators are external users that have access to limited resources within a Campaign. They can be used when a user needs to review or see a part of the Campaign but doesn't need a full Sprout Social Influencer Marketing seat.
To add Collaborators to your Campaign:
- Click on your Campaign.
- Click Campaign Settings.
- Click Collaborators on the left side menu.
- Click Invite Collaborator.
There's no limit of collaborators per campaign or organization.
After selecting Invite Collaborator, you can specify your Collaborator’s e-mail address and their access Rights.
After selecting Share, e-mail invitations are shared with the Collaborators.
All actions related to sharing resources with Collaborators are hidden in the Campaign UI if you don’t have a Collaborator invited to the Campaign.
Only external users can be added as Collaborators. Registered users in your organization will need to be added under the User Access settings.
Collaborator Rights
Collaborators can be granted Rights that are completely independent from each other. Based on these rights, they have access to specific parts of a Campaign.
Creator Review
Creators can be shared with your Collaborators to gather their inputs on a specific Influencer in the context of a Campaign. A Collaborator has three options - Approve, Disapprove, or remain Tentative about the Creator.
Content Review
Content can be shared with your Collaborators to gather their input on specific post drafts. A Collaborator has three options - Approve, Disapprove, or remain Tentative about the Content.
Campaign Summary
The Campaign Summary can be shared with your Collaborators to provide them with an overview of the most important metrics at any point of the Campaign’s lifecycle. The Collaborator’s Summary view can be customized to highlight the most important information or hide some details according to the user’s needs.
